Government tasked to invest more to reduce stunting

Civil Society Organisations are urging the Central Government to expedite a review of the Uganda Food and Nutrition policy, to provide guidance on the nation’s feeding framework. Experts point out that the implementation of the policy will guide proper nutrition messaging, as well as incorporating a link into various government programs. As JOYCE NAKATO reports, there are calls to the Central Government to improve its funding of various nutrition interventions in the country.
